From its humble beginnings in 1986, Borkams started from Koforidua, a small town in the Eastern Region as an electrical shop and it was one of the few in the town. During the course of the years, MR. Bortey expanded into Greater Accra, where he opened a second shop at Opera Square. With His strong passion for electricals and locally made products, He eventually ventured into Manufacturing. Borkams is now one of the leading electrical manufacturing companies in Ghana. Our areas of expertise are Cables, LED bulbs, electrical accessories and PVC production. Our production brands are OSUWA KABLO cable, BS NOVA Cable, Borkams Light and BSI pipes. We also import and distribute assorted electrical products not locally manufactured to support our customers. As we keep expanding, we plan on adding more to our production line.
